As base of panel in twilled tan and white silk are flambeau flanked with doves addorsed regardant holding rose bud in their beaks and framed with two branches of laurel caught at the bottom with a flowing ribbon bow knot. On either side, partial repeat of flambeau grouped with feathered arrow ends and roses
