NEWARK, DE- Staff Sgt. Gabrielle Rieker, family readiness program manager, 166th Airlift Wing, enters the Deerfield Golf and Tennis Club ballroom with her parents Laura and Bill Rieker, during the Delaware Air National Guard Annual Enlisted Recognition Banquet held on March 4, 2017. Rieker received the 2016 Airman of the Year Award, which is awarded to an airman between the rank of E1-E4 for stellar performance and going above and beyond.
