The mosaics are believed to be 1,700 years old. Zippori National Park in the Lower Galilee of Israel. The park showcases the ruins of the ancient Roman and Byzantine era city of Zippori. Excavations have uncovered streets, public buildings, churches, synagogues, homes and beautiful mosaic tile murals. The park is open for self guided walking tours.
