ATLANTIC OCEAN (Dec. 6, 2016) – Seaman Edgar Reyes, a native of Riverside, Calif., and Petty Officer 3rd Class Charles Love, a native of Richmond, Va., scan locational barcodes to verify the amount of materials aboard amphibious assault ship USS Iwo Jima (LHD 7). Iwo Jima is underway pursuing Mobility-Engineering (MOB-E) and Mobility-Seaman (MOB-S) certifications as part of the ship’s pre-deployment qualification process.
