As the news of this sudden bereavement spread itaffected deeply all classes, for Bishop Quarter hadwon the general esteem. After solemn masses for therepose of his soul, he was entombed beneath thesanctuary of his cathedral, on Friday, the feast of the DIOCESE OF CHICAGO. 233 Seven Dolors.
