The second annual convention of the Oregon ElectricalContractors Association was called to order at 9:30 a. m., 8th, try J. E. Werlein of the Portland Railway, Light &Power Company. Mayor Albee of Portland was introduced andmade a few remarks in behalf of the city of Portland. Inbrief lie stated that the city was taking note of the workof the organization and that he wished to extend the handof fellowship and to impress upon, their minds the fact thatthe citys welcome was hearty and sincere.
