Leading accountancy firm PriceWaterhouseCoopers London offices at Embankment Place in Charing Cross, has what appears to be anti-rough-sleeper measures in the form of pointed bollards in the sheltered portico of the building's entrance. There is growing outrage in the capital over measures taken by building owners to discourage homeless people from taking shelter.
