The story of their devotion to the cause oftheir country will never be told. Medals of honor have beenawarded by a grateful nation to its soldiers and sailors fordistinguished conduct in action. What shall be the reward ofthese heroic and unselfish women? While the Governmentcannot grant them recognition for their deeds of valor, theSurvivors of the Twenty-third can assure them that they havethe undying affection and vene
