Ford's (CVN 78) air department, prepare to fuel a T-45 Goshawk, assigned to Air Test and Evaluation Squadron (VX) 23, from USS Gerald R. Ford's (CVN 78) flight deck, from one of the ships in-deck refueling stations. Ford is currently conducting Aircraft Compatibility Testing to further test its Electromagnetic Aircraft Launch Systems (EMALS) and Advanced Arresting Gear (AAG).
