Marchers arrive to support Passing Clouds, a independent London music venue in Haggerston, where African drummers and others are waiting to join them in a protest against its closure. The crowd of around a thousand people soon completely filled the road outside as other musicians joined in. The event was scheduled to continue here and in Dalston until late into the night. Passing Clouds was secretly sold to Landhold Developments and was closed down as it celebrated ten years of existence during which it hosted over 10,000 cultural and musical events. Campaign

Passing Clouds was secretly sold to Landhold Developments and was closed down as it celebrated ten years of existence during which it hosted over 10,000 cultural and musical events. Campaigners immediately occupied the building for several weeks, but were unlawfully evicted last month.
