I was curious to see whether men who hadbeen with me as long as they had would abusethe privilege; and I want to say to you gentle-men that out of one hundred and eighty-one menthere was Qot a man or a boy that took one drop ofwine more than he should have, or who took a cigarand put it in his pocket. I never enjoyed a dinner morein my life, nor felt that I had been with a better averagelot of men, nor where there was more enthusiasm. CHARLES A. MOORE. and interest.
