(See cut) The large size and band- some appearance of this Onion makes it equally de- sirable for the home garden or for market. It is strictly "fancy," and is found on fruit stands dur- ing the fall, where it is sold as Spanish Onion. The true Prizetaker Onion is globe-shape, has pale yel- low skin and white flesh, which is very mild and of delicate flavor. The outer skin is pale yellow, and the flesh creamy white. The bulbs are of a beautiful globe shape and grow a little larger than the Southport Red Globe.
