Scores were generated from an analysis of a 60 m infaunal data set collected over this period (Figure 5). By selecting data only from sites along the 60 m depth contour, (discharge depth of the 5-Mile outfall), depth was factored out so that the first extracted ordination axis mainly represented a gradient of outfall effects.
