An Orbital ATK L-1011 Stargazer aircraft carrying a Pegasus XL Rocket with eight NASA Cyclone Global Navigation Satellite System, or CYGNSS, spacecraft is ready for takeoff from the Skid Strip at Cape Canaveral Air Force Station, Florida.
