Broadway, on which the new Stationwould be located, is a street with a widthof 99 feet, and would give a good frontagewith ample approaches from the north andsouth. 5. The site itself and its surroundings,considering their proximity to the centerof the city, represent low land values andinsignificant cost of improvement. Thislow cost would permit of an adequatescheme providing not merelj^ trackagespace and an ample site for the Station,but a Plaza in front of the building, withthe necessary traffic area for approachesand parking for vehicles. 6.
