Plants perfectly round, five to seven inches high, and six- teen to eighteen inches in circumference: completely covered with large umbels of flowers of azure blue with double center, remaining in bloom a long time 1" NOLANA—Trailing hardy annual with Morning Glory-like flowers of blue, white and yellow.
