DIY paint stripper. Paint strippers are chemicals used to remove paints and varnishes to allow the application of a new coat of paint. This product, Nitro Mors, used to contain methylene chloride as its active ingredient. This was banned by European Union legislation in 2011 as a Category 3 carcinogen (cancer-causing chemical).
