This is a photography of a dental X-ray taken of a male patient's open mouth. The image was photographed against a florescent light illuminating the X-ray from behind. This X-ray shows a number of fillings on the patient's teeth that filled cavities. The X-ray also shows a definite jawbone, chin, cheek and ear cartilage. This file X-ray has been replaced in many of today's dentists offices with digital X-ray technology.
