Chris Whitworth, 154th Medical Group, Detachment 1 medic, prepares to enter an auto-wreck hot-zone to assist in a rescue training operation April 15, 2021, in Concord, Whitworth was participating in exercise Sentinel Response, a full-scale Urban Search and Rescue exercise aimed at practicing interoperability between California first responder units and elements of the California National Guard.
