Seybold, forest- er, department of parks, Wilkes-Barre, Pa., and "The Nurserymen's Opportu- nity in Reconstruction," by Dr. A. F. Woods, president of the Maryland State College of Agriculture, College Park. The afternoon, session begin- ning at 2 :00 o'clock will be devoted to executive business at which time the reports of tne various committees will be received. A meeting of the statu vice-presidents will be hold at S :0l> p. m. At the Friday morning session, be- ginning at !) :(X> o'clock the report of the subscribers' organization for mar- ket development will be the principal feature. The afternocjn meeting will open at 2 :00 o'clock with the reports of the state vice-presidents, followed by the election of oificers for the en- suing year and the selection of the place for the 1920 meeting. PRESIDENT 'S ADDRESS. President Mayhew ably reviewed the activities of the association during the past year, showing that he had given careful thought to the numerous prob- lems that confront the trade today in the trying times of restriction and re- construction.
