Extra Early Dwarf Erfurt.—Also a good variety. Pkt. 15c, oz. $ 44. Early Paris.—Good but not so solid heads as above two. Pkt. 10c, oz. 80c. Celery. For early, sow seed in house in March or April. Cut tops off* 1 or 2 times to make stocky plants. Set out in June when 1 to 6 in. high in very rich, moist ground, in rows 3 ft. x 6 in. To blanch, earth up gradually when well grown, in Juby or August. For latefall and winter use sow in open ground in May and transplant the first.
