041113-M-1250B-012 Lutafiyah, Iraq (Nov. 13, 2004) - A Navy Seabee assigned to the 24th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU), compresses a car which will be placed inside a hole on a bridge in Lutafiyah, Iraq, added to bricks and gravel poured into the hole to provide stability as part of the bridgeÕs reconstruction effort. The bridge was severely damaged in repeated attacks by anti-Iraqi militants. The 24th MEU is currently conducting security and stability operations in the northern Babil province or Iraq.
