IN THE MATTER OF THE ERECTION OF A UNIONPASSENGER DEPOT AT TAMPA. Whereas, by our Order No. 282, heretofore entered inthis matter and dated December 21, 1909, we ordered thatthe plans for the union passenger depot should be sub-mitted to us on or before March 1,1910, and that the build-ing should be completed within six months after the dateof our approval of the same. And, whereas, the time for the filing of the said planswas afterwards extended until April 1, 1910, on whichday, however, the said plans were not filed and a furtherhearing was held by us with the railroad companies con-. UNION PASSENGER DEPOT, PALATKA, Coast Line, Florida East Coast Ry. and Georgia Southern & Florida Ry. 41 cerned and representatives of the City of Tampa, at theCity of Jacksonville, and it was then and there agreed thatthe time for the filing of the said plans should be extendedto June 1st, and that the time for further completion ofthe said depot should be January 1, 1911. And, whereas, the said plans have been this day filedand have been inspected by us. Now, therefore, it is ordered that the said plans beapproved and that the time for the completion of the saidunion depot at Tampa to be fixedfor January 1, 1911, andour previous Order No. 282 is modified to this extent only.
