FORT IRWIN, Calif. – Army Brig. Gen. Jeffrey Broadwater, commander, National Training Center and Fort Irwin, explains the significance of NTC, and its history during the NTC’s 36th birthday celebration in the village of Kuhnjab, NTC, July 1, 2017. Since 1981, NTC has been used as the premiere training center, and has continued the legacy to ensure the Army remains prepared to face any adversary.
