This variety grows to a remarkable size. Bulbs are of attractive form, flattened, but thick through. Single bulbs often attain weight of from 2V2 to 4 lbs. each. The skin is a beautiful sil- very white; the flesh is snow-white, and of a particularly mild and pleasant flavor. It matures early and is uniformly large and per- I feet form.
