It comes from France—the country that has produced nearly all of our best Roses, We are not alone in our admiration of it. as all the visitors to our establishment the past season have been unstinted in its praise. It is a vigorous grower, with beautiful, pretty foliage. In bud it resembles the Mermet family, being long and shapely, borne on long, stiff stems. It is of the largest size, and the flower is built up or rounded, and very double. The color is a deep, rosy-pink, the inner side of the petals being a silver rose, shaded and touched with golden-yellow. We pronounce this the finest Rose by far that has been introduced from France in the past five years. Be sure to try it, as it will not disappoint you. We can with full confidence recommend this Rose. Price, 10 cents each; large, two-year-old plants, 25 cents each. Mme. Emilie Charrin.
