5TH FLEET AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY (Feb. 1, 2013) Boatswain's Mate 2nd Class Noberto Donate hooks cargo nets on the flight deck of the amphibious dock landing ship USS Rushmore (LSD 47) during a replenishment-at-sea. Rushmore is a part of the Peleliu Amphibious Ready Group and with the embarked 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit (15th MEU) is deployed in support of maritime security operations and theater security cooperation efforts in the 5th Fleet area of responsibility.
