An officer's parade sword, end of the 18th century, Beautiful triangular thrusting blade with etched and gilded martial trophies and vines on a blued background. Inscribed "PDL" (for Lüneschloss, Solingen) on the base of the blade. Profiled brass knucklebow hilt with most of the fire-gilding preserved. Pommel with floral decoration. Silver wire winding with silver braided ferrules. Length 97 cm.
