Military checkpoints are established on the empty streets in Kyiv. Vitali Klitschko, Mayor of Kyiv has announced a curfew lasting for 35 hours, from 8pm (18:00 GMT) on Tuesday until 7am (05:00 GMT) on Thursday, saying it was a ìdecision of the military commandî, as Russia intensify offensive bombardment and airstrike while encircling the capital city of Ukraine.
