This is a view of a street in Havana, Cuba. There is man walking down the street next to an aqua building that has pillars in front. The building is in disrepair. Most of the buildings in Havana are in a crumbling state. The Cuban government doesn't have the funds necessary to take care of the city's buildings. Since the government owns all property in Cuba, it is their responsibility to care for them. The population is so poor that it would be impossible for them to even put a coat of paint on the crumbling facades.
