ITOMAN, Japan (June 19, 2022) Sailors from Commander, Fleet Activities Okinawa (CFAO) and tenant commands participate in a cleanup at the Peace Memorial Park in Itoman, Okinawa, Japan, June 19, 2022. The cleanup was in preparation for Okinawa’s Memorial Day which remembers those killed in the 1945 Battle of Okinawa. CFAO maintains and operates facilities to support the Navy’s naval and aviation assets in the Indo-Pacific region.
