Founded in 1921 and located on a beautiful part of the Thames in Oxfordshire, Radley boathouse has been serving Radley College and local rowing enthusiasts for over a century. If you stand on its jetty and look across to the north bank of the river, you will see an isolated and rather lovely tree, which seems to change character and appearance throughout the year. Here we see it on a cloudy summer morning, with the boathouse's ubiquitous pleasure catamarans in the foreground. The red Maltese Cross is the emblem of the college boating club.
