A C5th-6th inscribed qudrilateral pillar stone set horizontally to form a lintel over the N door inside St Baglan's Church, Llanfaglan, Caernarfon, Wales, UK. FILI LOVERNII/ANATEMORII: incised Roman capitals within an incised rectangular frame, read vertically downwards & from L to R it translates as (the stone of) Anatermorus son of Lovernius. The memorial is of the same local stone (andesitic crystal tuff) as the church which is C13th/14th, but on an Early Christian site founded by a Celtic saint with a former holy well close by.
