The athletic schedule for the coming year was an-nounced by Coach Arbuckle, and letters were awarded to eighteen men of thesquad. After the banquet the letter men met to elect the captain for the coming C. Boettcher, of Houston was chosen to lead the 1922 squad. On November 3rd, members of the fac-ulty and interested students met at theAutry House, and preliminary plans forthe organization of a Rice Dramatic Clubwere outlined. A committee consisting ofC. E. Elliot, chairman, Stayton Nunn andR. N. Lawrence was selected to submit alist of plays for approval of the member-ship at the next meeting, and to make ar-rangements for the first production.
