This remarkable flower was color plated and described in The Mayflower of November, 1898. 4= It is a vine bearing flowers which are the size W and shape of a goose. In fact, the entire length of the blossoms, including the tail, is over fonr feet. The largest flower known, and the most curious and beautiful. The vine is a fine and rapid grower, best suited for greenhouses or windows, but will do well outside during summer, and is likely to get through blooming before frost. Price, 50c. each. Ma^deVillea Stie^eoleDS. A most graceful and pretty vine suitable for win- dows, hanging pots or baskets, or as a trailing plant for I lie garden. Its great, abundance of pretty foliage and •irooping clusters of large pure white flowers renders it particularly attractive in any situation. It is not a tall grower, but extra fine for low trellises or for training up in windows, producing a luxuriant growth of foliage which is tough snd hardy; not easily injured. The flowers are perfectly exquisite. Grows freely from seed. Fine plants, 20c. each; 3 for 50c. Seed. 15c per packet. Choice parjsy piapts. A splendid mixture of all kinds, including Bismarcks and Violet Scented, Great Excelsior, Fieya, Ruby Red. etc. Nice vigorous young plants for immediate effect. 75c. per dozen. The Chinese Tea makes an interesting plant, as well as an ornamental one. The leaves are bright glossy green and the flowers pretty. As a pot plant it is well worthy of culture, and a good specimen of it will be a feature among any collection of plants, no matter how choice. Every- body will want to see it.
