13,440 packaged meals from the Federal Emergency Management Agency are loaded onto three CH-47 Chinook helicopters from the 2nd Battalion, 501st Aviation Regiment at Randolph Air Force Base, outside San Antonio, Texas on September 5, 2017, and were delivered to officials in Orange, Texas for distribution to the flood victims following Hurricane Harvey.
