Cai ching (採青) lion dance in Sydney's Chinatown. Shopkeepers place money in a red envelope together with a vegetable, high up above the shop. The dragon must climb up to reach the vegetable and to retrieve the money, which is payment the group's performance. In turn, the dance performance brings good luck to the shop owner.
