Coldrum Neolithic long barrow is edged by rounded sarsen boulders & has a disturbed burial chamber at its E end. Pottery fragments, a flint saw & remains of at least 24 men, women & children were found inside. All were small, long-headed 'Neolithic types' with healthy teeth & shinbones flattened by constant squatting, several showing a family similarity.
