This is Charles Prince of Wales and Duke of Rothesay at Ballater Highland. Games, Aberdeenshire, Scotland UK on 11 August 2016. Prince Charles was there to watch the events and meet committee members and patrons of the games as well as children who are taking part in the Highland Dancing competition.
