At about nine-thirty oclock the government yachtMayflower, with the President and his party on board,entered the harbor of Provincetown and droppedanchor near the place where the ship Mayflower isbelieved to have anchored in November, 1620. ThePresident was received with the customary navalhonors by the vessels of the Atlantic fleet. The ad-miral of the fleet, accompanied by the captains of thebattleships, paid his respects to the President on boardthe Mayflower, which courtesy was, soon after, re-turned by President Taft. These ceremonies beingconcluded, the President made a landing upon thepier, where he was received by Governor Draper,President J. Henry Sears, of the Pilgrim MemorialAssociation, and Mr. Artemas P.
