Extended and renovated farmhouse in 1907, the work of Enric Catà's youth, long before he was appointed municipal architect. It is worth highlighting the use of exposed brick, with ceramic details, around the windows and under the eaves of the roof. The most characteristic thing is the original profile of the openings in the attic and the graceful tower, also finished with exposed work.
