Command Sgt. Major Monty Drummond relinquishes responsibility of 4-409 “Packhorse” Battalion Dec. 7, 2022 at Waybur Theater on Fort Knox, Kentucky, after being in command of the battalion since 2020. Drummond has been highly effective in creating a culture of excellence by ensuring leader development and that the observers, coaches and trainers are consistently refining their abilities to train and validate.
