With its spire of 116m, the Catholic Church of our Lady, Bruges, visually dominates the city. It is its tallest structure, and the third highest brickwork tower in the world, Really. This magnificent Gothic structure was mostly completed from 1270-1280 CE, although the interior dates from later, and is mostly finished in baroque style. Here we see it looming over us from Minnenwater - Lake of Love - to the South.
