When the plaster is set, remove the band of clay acrossthe arm, trim the free border of the plaster, without key-holes, pass clay-water over it and make the third piece,which is that of the arm, in the same way as the precedingpieces ; but no iron will be necessary for this. The mould is now complete. Opening the Mould.—Figure 170 shows that the firstpiece to remove is that of the arm, which being the smallestcan be easily detached by introducing a chisel in the joins,.
