He was thus engaged for three years, aft-er which he returned to his Vermont home, butin 1S87 located here as a lineman. Later he be-came manager for the outside work for the Xew-burgh Fllectric-light and Power Company, whichposition he filled until the spring of 1893. whenH. B. In Newburgh, Mr. Kellogg was united in mar-riage with Miss Lydia Pine, who was born inthis city, and who is a daughter of Mrs. G. GPine. They have many warm friends in the city,and by all who know them are held in the high-est esteem. Mr. Kellogg casts his ballot in sup-port of the men and measures of the Republicanparty, and socially belongs to Mt. Vernon LodgeNo. 8, F. & A. M., of , Vt. (TOHN C.
