Visitors examine the Dubna Ball, a mysterious giant spherical object near the village of Ignatovo in Tver Region, Russia. The Dubna Ball has a diameter of nearly 18 m and is located next to the village of Ignatovo in Kimry District, Tver Region, and some 11 km from the town of Dubna in Moscow Region, Russia. The ball located at its current place at least since 1970s, but the origin of this object is still unknown. Perhaps, it should be a spherical cover for a space antenna. According to the legend, a helicopter cable attaches to the ball broken and the ball dropped, when it was transported to somewhere on a helicopter.
