This is a cross sectional image from a CT scan of the abdomen which shows an ill-defined tumor in the liver (large gray structure on your left). The tumor is the dark area in the top part of the liver, located next to the gallbladder. The spine (vertebrae) is the white structure near the center of the lower part of the image. To either side of the spine are the kidneys.
