The ac-companying illustration is that of the HonorableMayor R. Carlson of Moline leading a horse. Charles W. Nelson was as good a horsebackrider as Mayor Carlson was a poor certainly looks graceful on a horse anddeserves a loving cup for his nifty riding. Hisweight is good for a professional jockey.
