Julio Correa, 502nd Logistics Readiness Squadron fuel system operator, starts the transfer of fuel from an R-11 refueler truck into a waiting aircraft that was moving humanitarian cargo from Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, Texas to Incirlik AB, Turkey in support of emergency disaster relief efforts Feb. 21, 2023. The tanker truck holds a maximum capacity of 23,000 liters and are able to transfer fuel at a rate of approximate 2,300 liters per minute.
