Petty Officer 3rd Class Michael Sparks used this high-powered flashlight to signal a 47-foot Motor Lifeboat crew from Coast Guard Station Fort Macon, July 6, 2017. Sparks and Fireman Samuel Ragsdale were rescued by Coast Guardsmen they work with at the station.
